Storage: Refridgerate and onced openned use within 2 days. Arrives with no less than 8 days shelf life.
Our Taramasalata could not be further removed from the sloppy pink swill you find on the supermarket shelves. Because we do not bulk it out with breadcrumb it has a uniqe rich creamy texture and distinct flavour.
Serve with warm pitta and stoned black olives. There is no alternative!
