Ingredients: Finest Scottish Salmon, English Butter, Onions, Lemon Juice, Cayenne Pepper, Nutmeg. WHEAT and GLUTEN FREE
Storage: Refridgerate and use within 2 days of openning. Suitable for home frezzing for up to 3 months, eat on day of defrost. Arrives with no less than 8 day shelf life.
Only the finest whole sides of Hot Smoked Scottish Salmon (no trimmings) go into our Smoked Salmon Pate, made 3 times a week by hand in small batches of 45.
Remove from the fridge 30 minutes before serving to give the best flavour. Perfect as a starter, light lunch or on melba toast with a glass of chilled Muscadet at any time of day!
